Due to the nature of the project process, there are some simple “rules” that will help your project go more smoothly.

1. Respond to all emails within 24 hours, I in turn will do the same for you. Special accommodation can be made when needed.

2. Do not share any correspondence between NighLon Solutions and yourself (the client) with someone not involved with the process.

3. Never provide access to the clients only are with others (not involved in your project). Doing so can terminate your access.

4. Be sure to read all correspondence/ contracts carefully.

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

Failing to follow these policies will result in your project being moved to the bottom of the list or termination of your project without refund.
